We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative, system leader to join MANY’s Team. With a focus on youth homelessness, this person will lead organizational efforts to improve coordinated responses to youth homelessness in local communities.We’re looking for someone who is a systems thinker, a natural when it comes to relationship building, and has the ability to catalyze action. This is a great opportunity for someone who can clearly see the big picture while also understanding practice elements at the local level, and is ready to take that knowledge further by join a nationally recognized team focused on strengthening outcomes for youth across the nation.
MANY’s mission is to strengthen outcomes for youth and young adults at highest risk for victimization and/or delinquency. Effectively engaging providers, stakeholders, legislators, and funders is key to achieving REAL changes in the lives of these youth and their families, and addressing issues they are facing today.
MANY leverages a lean core infrastructure to effectively unearth barriers, innovations, and solutions in local communities. Our greatest strength lies in our ability to engage and retain a dynamic network of hundreds of organizations across all 50 states. Together, we are able to advance the work of organizations in real-time, raise the level of conversation around key issues, increase cross-sector communication, drive national research, and increase support to do the critical work. In the last three years, our network has experienced significant growth – attracting innovators in practice, funding, and research – our core membership has grown 180%. But to make the kind of difference we want to make, we need to build our ability to support system improvement at the local level and innovate at a faster (and more meaningful) rate nationally.
