Peer 2 Peer Program

Through the Peer to Peer program (P2P), MANY makes available the extensive knowledge and experience of other professionals. MANY staff and these volunteers provide support and mentorship through telephone and on-site consulting to members. Peer consultants are professionals who have expertise in many areas, including board development, financial management, fund raising, strategic/long-range planning, program development, marketing, public relations, community outreach and more.

Even if you don’t have a pressing issue, our consultants are also available to look at positive aspects of change, such as developing new program models or building youth participation in your organization. Peers also volunteer to host a limited number of site visits each year. The P2P Program is a way organizations may work with different individuals and organizations over time and perhaps find one with which you may develop a lasting relationship.
