"The School Social Work Association, Baltimore City Schools became acquainted with MANY through the Baltimore Homeless Youth Initiative. MANY played an important role in helping to organize and present a conference on Homeless Youth, March 20, 2008 at the Sheppard Pratt Conference Center. The conference was a tremendous success! Ms. Spagnuolo from MANY was one of the presenters. More than 150 social workers attended and reported that the conference was one of the best they had attended. They also noted the “excellence” of the presenters. We have been happy to partner with MANY as we seek to improve and coordinate services to homeless children and youth and hope that the partnership will continue. We are grateful to MANY, Ms. Blondin and the staff for all of their support and professionalism."

"Children’s Home Society of WV is a multi-site, multi-program child and family service agency with statewide presence. The Parkersburg site of the agency has for many years identified the need for assistance to runaway and homeless youth (beyond our services to children already in the foster care and juvenile systems). For several years site director we submitted an application for a basic center through the federal DHHS, but these applications have not been funded. This year, we utilized the technical assistance support of MANY to review the application prior to submitting it. They made some very insightful and helpful suggestions, and responded very quickly and timely. We have just received word that our application this year was accepted for a grant, beginning in September 2008. We are very appreciative of the technical assistance support, the valuable knowledge and skill base, that MANY provides to its member agencies."
