Discovery Session: Mentoring Models for Youth in Foster Care

May 16 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm EDT

With over 200,000 youth living in non-relative foster care settings on any given day, the need for a consistent and supportive presence in the lives of youth is as important now as it’s ever been. This Discovery Session will explore the role that mentoring programs can play in the lives of youth in foster care. In our initial research, MANY has identified several approaches that agencies are taking to be responsive and we’d love to invite our members to continue this discussion. During our time together, we’ll invite key panelist to share models for mentoring youth in foster care that are working for them and continue the discussion of other approaches and supports that we may be able to provide to youth. Discovery Sessions are open for all MANY members. If you are not already a member of MANY, click here to learn more about how you can become a member today.

Registration is now closed. Please contact mandie@manynet.org if you have any questions.
