If you find yourself in this situation, this workshop will help you learn how to diversify your sources of funding in order to provide a steady stream of income from a variety of sources. In this interactive workshop we will talk about what you need to have in place before you can implement a full blown development program, where you can find funders and donors for your program, and how to best approach these potential funders. We will talk about the role of staff, board and volunteers in implementing your diversified fundraising program.
