CEO Conversations: Nonprofit Overhead Costs: Breaking the Vicious
Cycle of Misleading, Unrealistic Expectations, and Pressure to Conform
TBA
Being at the top can be lonely. This old cliché may really resonate with you if you
are a CEO working hard to sustain yourself and your organization through this
challenging time. MANY realizes that along with guiding their agencies through
challenges, CEOs bring an incredible wealth of information and experience.
MANY is proud to announce its first CEO Series, where likeminded top executives
from human service organizations interested in providing innovative services will
come together in a relaxing, confidential atmosphere to talk, learn, and be inspired
with and by their peers.
The CEO Conversations will take place January 13, April 14, & August 18, 2010,
and be organized around three main facilitated conversation sessions. Prior to
each session participants will be given a packet of information, articles, and
resources on the identified topic. During each sessions CEOs will discuss their
experiences and the materials from the packet. CEOs can attend all three sessions
or specific sessions that are of interest.
