Wednesday, March 28, 2012 1:00pm - 2:30pm (EST) Coordinating community resources has become a necessity, not an option, in delivering high-quality services; particularly in this time of high need and reduced funding. In fact, many funding sources require that partnerships be established prior to applying for funding. This webinar will address key points in positioning yourself for expanded resources through collaboration. We will discuss how to determine who you should partner with, how you should approach forming meaningful and sustainable relationships, and what tools are available to make working across organizations and sectors effective. If you are a mid or senior level manager or working to form partnerships in your role as direct service provider this webinar is for you. At the end of this webinar you will have a short term plan on how to form new, or strengthen existing, partnerships. (Presented by Maggie Allen, Technical Assistance Manager)
