Our Training Packages provide framework that is then customized to the audience, the specific challenges of your geographic area, organizational culture, or any other factor that requires a unique approach. Each training request begins with a needs assessment by our staff to understand the context of the training. We then hand-pick the trainer or trainer(s) who best match your objectives. From there we handle all the logistics to provide a seamless training for you and your organization.

LIFO: IN-PERSON TRAINING
LIFO – Life Orientations describes the way each of us lives our lives to achieve our goals and how our game plans work or don’t work for us. It tells us where we are going wrong and offers workable suggestions on how to put it right. LIFO is a facilitator of personal exploration rather than a cold diagnostic tool. The survey utilized has no right or wrong answers; it is just recognition of why people approach tasks and people in different ways. The results are only the beginning – not the end of the process for both individuals and teams. In this day and a half session, you and your team will:
- Learn, acknowledge and celebrate how each individual acts, works, and reacts.
- Each identifies our strengths in relation to when things are going well and when we are faced with opposition or stress.
- Understand when we are overdoing our strengths causing us to not get the results envisioned.
- Get insight and understanding into what makes individuals tick, thereby improving communication and motivation.

Fee: $1,000 plus travel and materials per day

We have a long history of working with organizations across the country to facilitate and lead workshops on a variety of topics. Some of the most popular workshop topics include conflict management, parental assessments, treating trauma in youth and families, street outreach, diversifying funding and grant writing. MANY has an extensive list of speakers, trainers, and coaches that we work with that may be able to fit your organizational or programmatic needs.
Fee: Varies on the training selected, length of training, and materials needed, MANY offers a 10% discount on training services to members.

Professional Development Training Package
Designed for senior managers, mid-level mangers and promising direct staff, this series consists of two to four 5 hour sessions, specifically geared to assist individuals in their professional growth by equipping them with skills to take on additional responsibility and supervision, demonstrate leadership, and achieve longterm personal goals. This series can include the following sessions:
- Moving from Peer to Manager: How to Navigate the Transition
- Assessing Your Best Supervisory Self: Enhancing Your Ability to Provide Meaningful Supervision

Retreat, Plan, Grow Training Package
This package based on LIFO assessments, consists of 5 hours of team building and 1.5 hour individual coaching sessions guaranteed to help your staff discover themselves, bring their best assets to the table, and draw the organization towards a common mission. This training package can be uniquely tailored to your staff and organizational needs.

Professional Coaching Sessions
Are there times when you wish you had an objective point of view on your professional abilities and talents? Do you need time to process what you are learning on the job and problem-solve ways to address challenges? Set some time aside and meet with our experienced professional coach to gain valuable insight into your professional identity. The session consists of a pre-session self-assessment that you will complete and send to the coach a week in advance to an in person meeting. At the one hour in person meeting you and coach will review the assessment, identify areas of strengths and talents, and lay plans for your future professional development and growth. Become who you want to be in the work place through focused and nurturing coaching. Fee: $200 per session. $150 per five sessions.
