Megan has led MANY since 2007. As executive director, she oversees operation and strategy, working closely with the national leadership board to strengthen outcomes for youth and young adults at highest risk for victimization and/or delinquency. Prior to joining MANY, Megan spent 10 years administering programs serving runaway, homeless and trafficked youth, including positions in direct-service, evaluation, training and management. She was the youngest chair of the National Council on Youth Policy, representing over 800 service providers from around the county in a coordinated grassroots national advocacy agenda. Megan also served as an Emerging Leaders Chair from 1996-1999 for the State of the World Forum convened by Mikhail Gorbachev, expanding youth participation throughout the forum.
